Esperienza orribile: lo staff ci ha costretto a versare al check-in, senza nessun avvertimento (né sul sito né con la mail di conferma), più di 80€ dal prezzo pattuito. SCONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE QUESTA STRUTTURA. Andiamo con ordine: prenoto per una notte al Loft San Niccolò sul sito Trip.com ma solo arrivati a Firenze per il check-in, il responsabile ci dice che avremmo dovuto versare altri 75€ per le pulizie. Bene, non c’è problema ma lo avverto gentilmente: prima avremmo voluto vedere la richiesta scritta di questi soldi in più da pagare, visto che sulla mail di conferma c’era scritto di versare in loco solo 16€ per la tassa di soggiorno e di certo non avremmo versato altri soldi così a buffo, sulla parola. Da quel momento inizia una vera e propria, lunghissima pagliacciata orchestrata dai membri dello staff: non c’era alcuna traccia scritta della tassa da pagare, il ragazzo ci avverte che da sempre funziona così e che tantissimi altri clienti si sono ritrovati nella stessa situazione (o nella stessa truffa, che dir si voglia). In più, provando a chiamare una ragazza della reception, questa ci risponde subito con un tono aggressivo e scortese, dicendoci che “o versiamo quei soldi o ce ne andiamo”, senza avere un rimborso, chiudendoci poi il telefono in faccia senza la possibilità di controbattere. A quel punto, arriva l’idea geniale del ragazzo dell’accoglienza: sarebbe andato via, impegnato com’era con altri check-in, senza lasciarci le chiavi, magari chiudendoci dentro in attesa del versamento della tassa (che nel frattempo era lievitata, non si sa bene come, prima a 76€ e poi a 81€). La cosa che mi fa arrabbiare non sono i soldi in più non pattuiti nella prenotazione, quanto l’ammissione del responsabile che già tante altre volte i clienti sono stati fregati così, perché a quanto pare sul sito Trip.com non ci sono riferimenti a pagamenti supplementari. Allora perché non modificare la pagina del loft e PARLARE CHIARAMENTE E SINCERAMENTE ai vostri clienti? Perché non eliminare la pagina dal sito in questione? Si vede che fa loro comodo accalappiare clienti con prezzi relativamente bassi e fregarli poi una volta arrivati sul posto. Colmo dei colmi: vasca da bagno e bidet con capelli e peli pubici ben in vista. 81€ per le pulizie decisamente ben spesi, insomma.

We were a family of 4 and found a comfortable place for a 4 nights stay. The place has AC which was a life saver during the heat wave that struck Florence at the time. The only drawback was the pull-out couch downstairs which wasn't the most comfortable and the host who advertised a dinner place which turned out to be more of a tourist trap (avoid the restaurant called 4 Leoni, we got charged 24 euros for a kid plate, 12 euros for the bread, and the steak was much smaller than what we saw later that week). We ended up having a great time for much less in the nearby restaurants, such as Osteria Antica)
