We stayed for 3 nights
Location is a 15 min walk to the central area. This is an airbnb walk up apartment with no elevators. Ok if you only have carry on baggage , might be a struggle if you have a large one. The unit is well equipped with kitchen and TV.
There is a queen bed and two sofa beds so can sleep a good number of people. Room is clean and wifi is ok.
The washroom and shower is very small though, but otherwise , we had a good stay for the price.

Advantages, the location is very good and the window is right next to the Arno River. It is a 10-minute walk from the old town. You can take bus No. 6 from the train station. When walking, you can cross the river and take the tram to the train station. The one bedroom and one living room are very clean on the third floor, with complete basic facilities. The bathing area is too small. Everything else is very good!
Disadvantage: You need to contact us in advance to check in, otherwise you will have to wait at the door for a long time. It happens to be next to a residential area and there are no cafes. Another key point is that there is no elevator in the old house, so you need to carry the suitcases yourself. Not recommended for heavy luggage!

Great deal! Beautiful and spacious apartment with bed and 2 sofa beds which the guy didn’t even know they had. We were 6 in that apartment and it wasn’t bad at all. Clean and at good location.
