Three flights of stairs to get to the apar**ent. Too bad it's not mentioned on the site. Otherwise the apar**ent is very clean and very well located. The view is not interesting, it overlooks the roof.

It all starts with a warm welcome by Lorenzo, who waited for us at the parking that is just meters away from the apar**ent. Lorenzo speaks English but was also patient enough to speak slowly Italian and try listen to my poor Italian. The apar**ent is on the first floor with nice fresco's and fully equipped. Simply a lovely place. While at the hart of Florence, the apar**ent is remarkably quiet. You can reach Lorenzo for any question during the day via whatsapp, he responds very quickly. All-in-all a great stay with our 2 little kids.

Nice apar**ent in a very central area. Clean and comfortable, very quiet. The frescoed rooms convey the a**osphere of historic Florence. Apar**ent complete with all comforts and equipped kitchen. The owner, Mr. Lorenzo, extremely courteous and helpful.
