We had a large room with a small balcony, with great air conditioning. Check in was easy.

Staff were very lovely and the room was very clean. AC was very refreshing especially in the 35°C heat and worked extremely well. You can expect to walk 15-20 minutes Into the main touristy bits but I couldnt reccomend this any more if you are staying in Florence.
