The room is in the middle of the old street, but the facilities in the room are not old. We live on the top floor, there is air conditioning and we don't feel the heat, and it is very close to the Sanctuary of Santa Maria del Fiore. There is a delicious chocolate shop nearby

The staff were super nice, and helpful. And the view from the rooftop was also nice!
The room was just a little bit bothersome since it was next to the boiler.

Sono rimasta sconvolta dalla MALEDUCAZIONE dell'amministrazione. Prenoto in data 16 gennaio 2024 per aprile 2024 e mi arriva conferma di prenotazione. Non avendo visto l'addebito sulla carta, scrivo una mail per chiedere conferma tre giorni prima dell'arrivo previsto. Non ricevo risposta. Mi chiama meno di 24 ore prima una persona della struttura, dicendo che la mia prenotazione era da considerarsi non valida perchè "evidentemente" avevo fornito una carta falsa. Sul momento mi scuso e chiedo di avere gli estremi del bonifico per poter prontamente pagare. Poi ci ripenso, e richiamo dicendo che non mi sembra professionale, a fronte di mail di conferma da parte della struttura e mia mail per chiedere conferma, cancellare la prenotazione meno di 24 ore prima con il treno prenotato. La persona, a quel punto, mi dice che evidentemente sulla carta non ci sono i soldi e "non mi merito" di soggiornare da loro e mi fornisce gli estremi del bonifico solo se "ammetto di aver sbagliato". Inconcepibile. Intollerabile e di cattivo gusto.

A localização é excelente, perto do centro histórico e de várias das principais atrações. Também fica perto da estação Santa Maria Novella. Tem elevador. O quarto estava limpo e confortável, mas deixa a desejar um pouco no isolamento acústico. A recepcionista é extremamente atenciosa e simpática.

We stayed here for 6 nights over Valentine’s Day and were pleasantly surprised, we were on a budget and this accommodation was the most affordable in the city centre. We were worried after reading so many negative reviews but we had nothing bad to say about here at all! We stayed in a classic double room with a spacious bathroom and a large window. Everything worked and the TV came with Netflix, YouTube and Amazon prime. The rooftop was lovely and we spent most evenings up there drinking wine looking at the lovely view of the duomo, I’m not sure why it was previously described by others as a ‘death trap’, the steps were quite steep but that’s about it. It’s very high up but there are railings all the way around, we felt very safe. Our room was very clean and the receptionists were lovely, they were able to assist with any request we had and always asked us how we were/how our day was. It is less than a 10 minute walk from the Duomo and about 15/20 minutes from the tram/train station. If we stayed in Florence again, we would definitely stay here again.

Una experiencia muy mala. Las fotos no coinciden. El google maps te lleva a los apartamentos pero cuando llegas no ye abre nadie porque no hay nadie. Estuvimos media hora llamando y nada y salió un residente diciéndonos que había que ir a otro lado a por la llave osea un desastre. Cuando fuimos a por la llave nos dieron las de la habitación y cuando abrimos la habitación que nos dijeron nos encontramos con que dentro había personas. Vamos lo peor que nos ha podido pasar y nos dicen que había sido un fallo. Tuvimos que volver a otro edifico a la recepción a poner la queja y nada tampoco hicieron mucho de echaban la culpa unos a otros. Vamos no lo recomiendo para nada porque encima barato no fué.
