If you check in late, there will be no staff at the urban b&b.

Great location, easy to find and super clean! This is very near all the sites in Florence. We will be back for sure! The room is spacious and the staff were very friendly and supportive.

Very impressed with the attention to detail on their concept of being environmentally friendly. Everything was recycled or biodegradable. Comfortable rooms and great location. The hotel was situated around the corner from the Firenze Santa Maria Novella. Once settled in it was a 5 minute walk to our favourite spot in Florence, Mercato Centrale Firenze. Staff were very professional and helpful. They were clear and precise about how to navigate the city and its tourist sites. Very happy to recommend others to stay with them.
