Cleanliness: The sheets are changed every day, at least the bed looks cleaner.
Facilities: The bathroom in the bathroom is very small, no one can turn it, and the faucet is broken.
Environment: Very noisy, you can hear the shouting of people downstairs and the sound of cars driving back from the street.

Very close to the train station, old town, and many restaurants with a beautiful square and market nearby, this location is ideal for people who want to enjoy their holiday in Florence. Close to all the major attractions and quiet at night with blackout curtains, as well as courteous staff, this hotel over delivered. Their breakfast croissant choice alone was staggering, and they catered to all needs. The room itself was comfortable and the blackout curtains were a nice surprise. This picture doesn’t do the room justice, but I was too busy enjoying it to take more. Thanks again!

Advantages: The location of the hotel is relatively good. You can reach the hotel in five or six minutes' walk from the train station. The room size is okay, not too small, and the breakfast is quite satisfactory.
Disadvantages: The facilities are relatively old, the water in the shower room is not smooth, the toilet smells bad, and the sound insulation is very poor. There are sounds from passing cars on the road, moving chairs upstairs, and people in the corridor. It will not be good to sleep at night.
When I checked in, I asked the front desk how much the minibar would charge. Since there was no price list, I was told that everything except water was charged. After drinking two bottles of drinks, when I checked out, I was told that all drinks were free.

El hotel tiene una ubicación inmejorable. La vista de la habitación a la plaza Santa María Novella es preciosa. La habitación era amplia y bien equipada, cama cómoda, mesas de noche a cada lado de la cama, con enchufes para cargar el celular. Buena iluminación. El baño y la habitación muy limpios. Se nota que es un hotel bien mantenido y que cada detalle ha sido cubierto.
