The room is clean and tidy, the location is convenient, the service is very good, the bartender is very patient, he often comes to refill the wine and ask if there is any other needs, and ask the guests if they need to add anything when they rest at the point. The experience is very good

Nice hotel, for one time experience. Rooms are super small but in interesting design, like on a plane.
Breakfast was nice, but dishes were not really clean.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The staff were very friendly and the room was very clean. The only slight issue in the room was a funny smell from the plug in the sink, but this was only an issue when brushing teeth etc. The room was also very spacious. The breakfast was well stocked and fresh, the location is good with various bars and restaurants a 10 minute walk. Overall we would definitely recommend this hotel.

Kamers zien er leuk uit op de foto's, maar zijn in het echt redelijk gedateerd. Beide kamers vergelijkbaar veel beschadigingen aan houtwerk e.d. en de transformatoren van de geinige LEDjes in de muur maakten zo'n herrie, dat je die heel gauw uit zet. Benauwde warme kamer, raam kon gelukkig wel open.
Luidruchtige buren in de eerste kamer met verbindingsdeur, waardoor ik kon meegenieten van telefoongesprekken, muziek, hond en sigarettenlucht. Gelukkig snel een andere kamer gekregen zonder overlast maar met vergelijkbare mankementen.
Maar als het mijn hotel was zou ik die andere gasten er uit zetten i.p.v. dit gedrag tolereren.
Restaurant was erg lekker. Prima eten, lekkere wijn een super bediening.
Overall ok maar prijs kwaliteit verhouding is niet heel correct. Je betaalt vooral de locatie.

Mi è stata data una camera senza doccia, sebbene prevista nella prenotazione, con vasca con telo di plastica e doccino e soffitto del bagno scrostato da infiltrazioni/ umidità. Ho chiesto di cambiare e mi è stata cambiata subito la camera da un addetto molto gentile. La nuova camera aveva comunque problemi negli scarichi del wc e del lavandino. Letto non comodissimo per persone di 1.85 m. perché materasso inserito tra testiera e pediera in legno. Il prezzo è comunque accettabile per Firenze ma occorrerebbe maggiore attenzione
