Great location, lovely stay, impeccable service! Leonardo was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout my stay, and the barista at breakfast made the best cappuccino I have ever had!! Grazi!!

Despite the steps, we’re prepared to put up with these to access this hotel Perfect location for the whole of the city, all the staff give a friendly professional and personal service Rooms are comfortable (option for single room a bonus) and the breakfast is a great start to the day Looking forward to our next visit in September

Definitely the place to stay in Florence. Leonardo the guest person, is exceptionally helpful (all staff were friendly and helpful). The hotel is steps away from everything. Nice rooms, QUIET - Virtually no street noise. Good value. Got an excellent nights sleep. As previous mentioned, there are steps to get to the elevator - i think about 30. Honestly, after traveling all over Italy, and climbing everywhere, I didn't find them particularly challenging. However, if you absolutely can't do stirs this is not the place for you. They were more than happy to come down and help with the bags. To me they added to the charm.

The hotel is a boutique hotel with very good location. We walked entire area as much as possible. Rooms are good sized and very clean. Bed is very comfy. The heart and sould of the hotel is Mr. Angelo at the reception, who extends every help possible to you while you stay, to make you so so comfortable and helps you with so much passion and energy. BIG THANX to him. This is how hotels become great, by keeping people like him. Others too were very good. The Breakfast was above average. Could have done better with some fresh cooked eggs etc. But Breakfast Staff is awesome.

Great old, authentic hotel. The front desk people are wonderful. We had a suite which gave us a nice sofa to sit on, and lots of space. The storage shelves were very helpful in organizing all our stuff out of the way. Nice breakfast, and wine in the evening. Reasonable rates, lots of restaurants within walking distance. Stay here it’s great!

This is a great hotel in a perfect location. We stayed for 2 weeks in a suite which was perfect for a long stay and even has a small patio to enjoy. You are 5 to 10 minutes from the major sites and about 5 minutes to cross the Ponte Vecchio to visit the other side of the river. Also right out the front door there are 2 great restaurants. The staff at the hotel was our wonderful - from the Housekeeping, to the breakfast staff and the main desk. Leonardo and Angelo are the best. Every day they helped with restaurant suggestions and reservations. Thanks to them every meal was great. We also love their coffee hour in the afternoon and their Happy Hour in the evening.

Really great hotel! We have returned again and again because the location is excellent, the proprietors and staff are amazingly friendly and helpful, the rooms are beautiful, extremely clean, and comfortable, and the price is reasonable.
