As soon as you get to the property they let you know that they are NOT an hotel so they will not offer cleaning service in your room. It was a little disappointing because they don’t mention that on ******* or their website.
Bed was clean but a little hard for us, the bathroom had bad smell (mould) and low water pressure.
A/C works, I do not recommend the breakfast buffet, it’s €15 per person and very poor. (Meaning coffee, tea, bread and cold scrambled eggs)

I highly recommend this hotel, the service was wonderful, Miss Lucrezia helped me a lot, including indicating a driver to pick me up at the airport. the Hotel is very well located. I will definitely be back to stay at this place.

The location is ideal - close to the action but far enough away to avoid crowds. The garden and lobby areas are very relaxing. The staff is friendly and helpful and the service is excellent. Great stay!
