Se non fosse per la posizione strategica, sarebbe da ZERO stelle. Per fortuna ci abbiamo dormito solo una notte e non vedevo l’ora di scappare. Le foto non corrispondono alla realtà, è consigliato guardare le foto dei viaggiatori ma non quelle proposte da loro o da booking. Spero si rendano conto che sono dei ladri e che sarebbe completamente da ristrutturare. Abbiamo preso 3 stanze essendo in 6 e mancava il bidet in 2 stanze su 3… sicurezza zero considerate le porte ed il traffico e l’ambulanza non permettono un sonno tranquillo (ma siamo in pieno centro quindi è normale). Super super SCONSIGLIATO

Stanza da €120 pagata €60, le foto che ci sono sul sito non sono quelle veritiere, È UNA TRUFFA! Camera a dir poco oscena, entriamo e in tutta la stanza c’era odore di fumo (noi non fumatori) chiediamo al servizio clienti un’altra stanza che però non avevano, allora per “migliorare” la situazione ci portano un profuma ambienti (vi lascio immaginare che mix. Tende rotte, testata del letto bianca completamente nera, polvere ovunque, insetti nei bagni, asciugamani e lenzuola impregnate di fumo, mancanza di una reception e soprattuto di SICUREZZA,soffitto pieno di crepe, mancanza di una porta decente per chiudere la stanza, finestra rotta e impossibile chiuderla quindi data la posizione centrale sembrava di dormire in strada. NON ANDATA IN QUESTO POSTO (non saprei neanche come chiamarlo)! TRUFFATORI!

No problem at all with my room - clean sheets - no bed bugs, and clean towels, changed daily. Very conveniently located. My expectations were set by the negative reviews but for the price I'm giving it 5 stars, I would definitely stay here again

Ambiente indecoroso, qualità pessima, camera priva di comodini, tv, cassaforte. Pareti e soffitto fatiscenti, sporchi e in alcuni punti senza intonaco! Infissi esterni medievali (veglia notturna, percezione persino dei passi all’esterno). Non immaginavo un ambiente del genere al centro di Firenze! Non consiglio assolutamente.

Terrible hotel. Sketchy since it doesn’t have reception, they just leave your key in a envelope on a desk. The room was somehow big but the bedroom door didn’t locked properly, windows didn’t closed at all so it was really noisy. Bathroom floor had mold. The walls had stains and we had a pillowcase stained with something black like mascara or something. Trouble communicating with the manager and obviously there was NO refund even though we didn’t stay there at all.

Premetto che ho prenotato la vacanza last minute e questo era uno dei pochi hotel disponibili. Come già detto in altre recensioni non c’e una reception e il montacarichi non va. La stanza era fatiscente ma accettabile (muri sporchi e parquet non fissato) e i colori scelti malissimo. La cosa più grave è che la porta è una porta in vetro vecchissima e facilissima da sfondare, e il fatto che non c’è nessuno rende la situazione davvero pericolosa (per questo ve lo sconsiglio anche per una notte). La zona potrebbe sembrare una bella zona ma è troppo vicina alla stazione, e vi dico che se siete in centro firenze la stazione la raggiungete in 10 minuti anche con i bagagli. Mi raccomando non guardate il prezzo e la posizione che non è conveniente come sembra.

Un ostello adibito ad affittacamere vecchio,senza nessun qualità , niente tv , niente mobili , sembra di stare in una città del 3 mondo , devono chiudere ,ripeto che schifo, ho paragonato questa topaia ad un ostello ho offeso gli ostelli che ha confronto sono hotel a 5 stelle Mai più

This place is beyond horrible. If the bugs don’t get you the dirtyness will. Dead bugs in the walls, mold in the bathroom, foot marks on the walls. We had to move hotels as the the black mold actually required me to go and get a shot to open my breathing passage. I am going to go to whomever over sees tourist accommodations to try and get this place shut down. Fortunately, I have pictures, I am sure they will comment as to how accommodating they were but I also have pictures of the times we tried to contact them. The pictures in the website are a fairy tale ti what you get. The door barely closed, we had to take our valuables with us.

On arrival, very disappointed. Work going on in the building and entrance dirty and noisy. Route to my room through communal kitchen which definitely needs upgrading . My bedroom small and shabby. BUT once I got over the initial shock, I realised that my room despite need for decoration, was very clean. Fresh towels daily and sheets changed 2 or 3 times over 7 days. Also at back of building and very quiet. Work stopped and hallway cleaned after a day although canopy remained over external door. Only met 1 member of staff - the cleaning lady who was friendly and efficient. Corresponded with 2 other staff - Alessandra very helpful. The accommodation was the cheapest I could get. Very good location. 5 minutes from Station and Duomo. So value for money. If you're going to be out a lot, then definitely recommend. But not so good if you need to spend time in your room.
