Hotel Romagna

Luci e ombre….. tante ombre. Partiamo con le cose, che assolutamente, non vanno… Arriviamo in albergo, alle ore 22.00 e sicuramente può aver influito, ma è imperdonabile che un receptionist, mi dica: ＜＞ Mi guarda e ride.. ! Nessun accenno di aiuto ! Io, silente, esorto la mia consorte, spiazzata, a incamminarsi… Esausti, entriamo in camera di dimensioni poco opinabili., ma nonostante ciò risulta accogliente e molto calda, ma con un condizionatore scricchiolante. Il materasso è decente, i cuscini no, ma questo mi è capitato in tantissimi hotel. Il bagno è la cosa migliore di questa stanza, l’acqua della doccia, bollente! Le rifiniture sono quelle di un due stelle, ma c’è una giusta attenzione sulla pulizia. Nonostante non ci sia un bar per la colazione, la mattina, c’era la possibilità di bere un caffè e altre bevande offerte dalla direzione . Perché dopo la premessa sono stato così clemente?! La posizione strategica di questo albergo è strepitosa!!! A due passi dal Duomo. Il prezzo è relativo.. Sei situato nel centro storico di Firenze.. Se si ragiona in quella direzione il prezzo è giusto, ma poi ci sono mancanze e pecche di un due stelle e quindi il prezzo può risultare altissimo.

Lights and shadows….. lots of shadows. Let's start with the things that are absolutely not right... We arrive at the hotel at 10.00 pm and it certainly could have had an influence, but it is unforgivable for a receptionist to tell me: ＜＞ He smiles ＜＞ No hint of help! I, silently, urged my wife, taken aback, to walk away... Exhausted, we enter the room of unquestionable dimensions, but despite this it is welcoming and very warm, but with a creaking air conditioner. The mattress is decent, the pillows are not, but this has happened to me in many hotels. The bathroom is the best thing about this room, the water in the shower, boiling hot! The finishes are those of a two star hotel, but there is proper attention to cleanliness. Although there is no breakfast bar, in the morning, there was the possibility of drinking coffee and other drinks offered by the management. Why was I so lenient after the premise?! The strategic position of this hotel is amazing!!! A stone's throw from the Duomo. The price is relative.. You are located in the historic center of Florence.. If you think in that direction the price is right, but then there are shortcomings and flaws of a two star hotel and therefore the price can be very high.

Breakfast buffet was not that good. Staff friendly, rooms clean but dated.

Hotel in EXCELLENT location, near the station a stone's throw from the cathedral. We wanted a room with two separate beds and we were given a triple room with two separate rooms. Very clean room, helpful staff. The only downside is there is no lift and the stairs are a little steep and the reception a little cramped. But fair price. I advise

Good location, nice staff, simple breakfast, good AC. Perfect for a night's sleep
