The location is great, but this is not a real hotel, it is rather an apartment turned into 4/5 separate rooms. However, when we were there it was very quiet. You have to self-serve in the kitchen for breakfast. Also, host was not there when I arrived, it was not clear on which floor the place was and I had to be on the phone with him to be able to enter the apartment and then the room. Despite this, the rooms is very clean and the bed is comfortable. The bathroom is tiny.

Proprietor helpful when I reached out. Accommodation comfortable, but there were mosquitoes. A warning about opening window with those around would be helpful. A band and thronging tourists were noisy all night long, and we were late arriving due to airline losing our luggage. It was a trying first day in Italy, and this was not the fault of this accommodation. A remote innkeeper can’t offer comfort though.

We loved our stay at this property, the apartment was clean, close to everything, the self checkin was very easy, honestly only complain would be the building facilities but it is understandable because of how old is the building. Overall we loved it

Ideale per in soggiorno al centro di Firenze. Posizione eccellente, fronte Duomo. 2 minuti da Piazza Signoria e Uffizi, 5 min Ponte Vecchio. Ospitalità e cura degli ospiti ottima. Massima autonomia per gli orari di ingresso e uscita dalla struttura. Disponibilità di deposito bagagli. Dotato di angolo cottura attrezzato e frigo a disposzione degli ospiti. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Abbiamo soggiornato al Magnifico Messere e abbiamo trovato: cordialità, pulizia e soprattutto e' in pieno centro Firenze. Le camere sono luminose e molto confortevoli. La mamma di Lorenzo, disponibilissima e buona consigliera. Lo consigliamo vivamente, noi sicuramente ci torneremo.
