The hotel is located a stone's throw from Piazza Duomo and Santa Maria Novella station. Very clean. Fantastic bathroom. I stayed there one night for the marathon and they were helpful in letting me check out a little later. I parked the car in the central garage located 20 meters away. All perfect. The impeccable breakfast. Too bad I returned on Sunday evening due to commitments, otherwise I would have stayed another day.

The location is perfect, everything is very close within walking distance. The staff is very helpful and kind it feels like home. The only difficulty can be a flight of stairs to get to the lift, but with suitcases they help you. My room was a bit small but equipped with all comforts, only the light in the bathroom is a little low, you can't see well to settle down, but with chromotherapy effects. I will be back 😊

Small hotel, not very visible from the street, simple but nice, with modern and very clean furnishings, quiet, in an excellent area for reaching any place of tourist interest on foot. A 7 minute walk from S.M. Novella is ideal for those arriving by train. Simple but decent breakfast. Friendly staff. Our particular requests were accepted. We will be back.

Perfect location. Very reasonable rates, which include breakfast. Vittorio was exceptionally friendly and helpful with all our questions and very responsive to anything we needed. The Unicorn will be at the top of our list for a return visit to Florence.
