Superb stay. Prior to travel the staff answered several emails promptly and efficiently , pleasantly surprised at check in to be told we have been upgraded to a superior room and it certainly was. The breakfast is plentiful and varied and the staff kept it all topped up, its hard to do good scrambled eggs for a breakfast buffet but they managed it here. The hotel is a nice 10/15 min walk from the centre but worth it as the area is quiet. All the staff I met were very, very welcoming and helpful. Will be here again next time I am in Florence.

Super courteous and friendly staffs. Everyone is super polite and helpful. room is clean, well-lit, and spacious. Included breakfast is generous and tasty. 10-minute walk from Uffizi Gallery but on the side of river Arno, hence away from all the noise and heavy traffic. Many good restaurants in the neighborhood.

Assegno raramente cinque pallini su cinque ma devo dire che, in questo caso, sono assolutamente meritati. Per la posizione, anzitutto, a due passi da Ponte Vecchio ma in zona tranquilla e rilassante. E ancora: la dimensione della camera, con arredi moderni e funzionali, ed una pulizia a 360 gradi; la gentilezza del personale, tanto in sala colazioni quanto all'accoglienza; infine, il fascino dell'albergo, con un'atmosfera senza tempo. Ultimo ma non ultimo, il livello della colazione: spettacolare, con prodotti dolci e salati, pancakes da preparare sul momento e salumi di varie qualità. Insomma, bravissimi!

Sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel im Herzen von Florenz. Alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar in kürzester Zeit. Zimmer sind neu renoviert (bis aufs Bad, deswegen keine volle Punktezahl), Personal sehr freundlich und super Frühstück. Zudem bietet das Hotel einen Garagenstellplatz.

The location was perfect, and the hotel and service were marvelous. Boutique Hotels can be hit or miss sometimes, but Hotel Silla did not disappoint. The front desk employees made us feel at home.😃

It was a perfect location walking distance to everything. Service and staff were wonderful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Florence. Breakfast had many choices in the morning. Rooms were comfortable also.
