Nice hotel. I’m very good place. All tourists place is near. Maximum time you need 20 minutes to reach everything. Even No need take taxi

The hotel is very well located, but I didn't like the room. Very dark, stained carpet, old appearance, in need of urgent renovation. The air conditioning was off and we were informed that it could not be turned on in November - absurd in a 4-star hotel 😱😱. I was disappointed. The service very good. Breakfast also good.

The location of this hotel was great. Very close to Ponte Vecchio. They were very helpful and kind in arranging parking for us. The terrace on the 5th floor of the hotel overlooks the city of Florence, which is highly recommended. Breakfast was also delicious and the location was lovely. I would like to stay again next time. I'm really thankful to you.

Gorgeous hotel, lovely staff, and great food. Super convenient location with a building that is literally next to the Uffizi. BUT, they use A LOT of scents from perfumes and diffusers ALL over the hotel - the lobby, the hallways, AND the rooms. We have asthma and COPD and struggled with our allergies and breathing the entire three day stay. The scents are my only complaint - everything else was perfect. Regrettably, I can't recommend this hotel to anyone with lung disease, allergies, or sensitivity to smells. I won't stay here again for that reason. I'm sure they use the scents to cover up old building smells - thousands of years worth probably. But, it was like being in a perfume shop all the time except in the rooftop bar/cafe. Again, the food, staff, and accommodations were fabulous. So, this may be a good place for some. But, stay away if you don't like very strong musk and peach scents all the time.

Easy to find about 15 min walk from the train terminal. Close to amazing restaurants and shopping and the tourist hotspots. Right on the river. The breakfast in a beautiful room is amazing. The rooms are excellent with high ceilings. Beautiful sitting areas on every floor.

Beautiful hotel right in the center of Florence, steps from the Uffizi museum and very close to all of the most relevant sites. No car or transportation needed, everything is walking distance. Lovely ambiance inside, our executive room was elegant and quiet. Staff was exquisite, very kind, discreet and professional. We would stay there again for sure.
