The room is very clean, the facilities are relatively complete, and the location is good, only a few hundred meters away from the Duomo, and the waiters are relatively friendly. The overall cost performance is high.

This hotel is on the fourth or fifth floor of an old apartment building. Take the cage elevator up to the fifth floor to find the reception desk. A service staff will take you up the stairs to your room. The hygienic condition is not very good and the service is mediocre. In short, I will not book again. There appear to be other "hotels" operating similarly in this building. Is this the case for such an expensive Italian hotel? I'm really speechless.

Hotel Alinari is in a very convenient location just steps from Santa Maria Novella Station and only a short walk to the Central Market and numerous reasonably priced restaurants. It’s location might be off putting to some people as there is no huge lighted sign on the street telling you it’s there. You have to look for a much smaller sign in the street and elk into the ground level courtyard to see that it’s on the 4th floor. Take the elevator up to 4 but you might have to wait for it a bit. Patience pays off though as the proprietor and all of his staff are friendly and eager to help. Breakfast is substantial enough served by more friendly employees. The hotel is located a short distance from the Santa Maria Novella station. With a short walk you reach the city center and in the immediate vicinity is the covered market where you can have lunch and dinner with typical Tuscan products.
The room is simple, but extremely comfortable.
The breakfast room allows you to have an excellent view of the dome of the church of San Lorenzo and the dome of the Cathedral.
The sweet and savory breakfast is rich and abundant.
Possibility to leave the luggage after the checkout time.

Comfortable bed and large room with good style. Complimentary courtesy kit. Everything new and clean. Only note, the doors need to be renovated. Super breakfast... plentiful and complete. Very good croissants. Very attentive staff, both in the dining room with an army of ladies who serve you every delicacy, and at the reception with Mr. Cristiano. We will be back

O hotel é realmente perto de tudo (restaurantes, estação de trem, feirinha de couro, mercado, etc) o que ajuda bastante a explorar os principais pontos da cidade. Apesar disso, não é muito fácil de acha-lo, isso porque a recepção fica localizada no 4º andar de um prédio grande e antigo, os demais andares são outros hotéis. Como cheguei pela manhã, a placa luminosa não estava ligada então tive dificuldade para achar a porta de acesso. O elevador paea subir para a recepção é pequeno e cabe 1 ou 2 pessoas (com malas grandes) por vez. Apesar dos quartos serem bem confortáveis e de um tamanho bom, o café da manhã deixa a desejar pois falta opções e tudo é feito na hora pela cozinha. Demora bastante para fazer uma omelete ou um simples café com leite.

Hôtel très bien situé, proche de la gare et du centre. Le personnel est accueillant Les chambres sont assez grandes et surtout très propres. Le Petit déjeuner est très correct. Mais mon Dieu, l'insonorisation est médiocre, un vrai Gruyère ! On entend tous les bruits. Chambre familiale qui donne côté cour intérieure, le bruit qui ne s'arrête jamais à cause des chauffages w ventilation où je ne sais quoi. La chambre donnait juste en dessous de la restauration.. dès 7h du matin on entendait la machine à café. J'ai passé les 3 pires nuits ici durant mon voyage en Italie.
