Perfekte Lage im zentralen Altstadtteil von Florenz am Arno, nahe an der Ponte Vecchio. [5 Stars]
Stilvoll eingerichtetes Hotel im klassischen, italienischen Einrichtungsstil (Innenarchitektur des Hotels und der Zimmer) [5 Stars]
Grosses Zimmer (414) [5 Stars]
Kompetentes, zuvorkommendes wie nette Fachkräfte an der Reception, dem Service (Gepäck wie Speiseraum), ohne aufdringlich zu wirken/sein [5 Stars]
Leckeres wie reichhaltiges Morgenbuffet (nebenbei bemerkt; Seinen-Tischtücher und-Servietten) [5 Stars].
Meine Erwartung wie die meines Bruders wurden mehr als übertroffen.
...kommen sehr gerne wieder in das "Hotel BERCHIELLI"...

The hotel is located perfectly for touring the center of Florence. The room was spotlessly clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was out of this world. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. It was the best hotel experience that I have had in many years of traveling.

這間酒店除了極度優越的地理位置之外沒有任何優點。酒店的樓梯很多，入住時雖然有友善的行李員幫忙搬運，但退房自己搬運很不方便，大量的樓梯對於殘疾人也不友好。走廊的牆壁上沒有房間號碼的引導，很難找到自己的房間，且房內的窗户是敞開的，屋裡有6隻以上的蚊子，因空調完全不起作用所以晚上無法蓋被子。房間的隔音很差，能明顯聽到樓上的人穿拖鞋走路的聲音，凌晨時醉鬼在樓下大吵大鬧的聲音，還有其他客人在走廊交談的聲音。因炎熱的温度和蚊子的騷擾，外加隔音很差的牆壁，如果你希望擁有完整的睡眠那這裏絕對不適合你。除此之外我入住的房間裏百分之九十的時間都接收不到酒店的Wi-Fi，加上手機信號本來就不好，基本等於沒有網絡可以用。高壓插頭損壞，房間裏的吹風機是老式的掛牆吹風機，風力很微弱，天花板的角落還有蜘蛛網，最接受不了的還是人們衹要踏進房間就會變成蚊子的口糧…總而言之這裡是價格和體驗完全不成正比的一件酒店，因年代久遠，設施已經非常落後，整體都需要翻新，真的很不推薦，也許其他給出好評的客人運氣都比較好，沒有被分配到這麼差的房間。

這家酒店的裝修是比較歐式的，應該是改造的，位置很方便，到火車站走路20分鐘，到景點更方便，離老橋走路5分鐘不到，一出門全是景點，方圓2公里，非常方便熱鬧，自助早餐豐富，唯一的缺點，不能抽煙
還給我們配了一個小房間，有兩個廁所，意外驚喜，可能也是衹剩這間了

Trip.com should mention that it’s so close to a river, I has many mosquito bites on my face and arms. Hotel wouldn’t give any discount as I had booked and already paid to your company. Very disappointed, location was great but I won’t stay again.
