This boutique hotel is in an excellent location, within a 15-minute walk of any major attraction in Florence. The service was very good, especially the young and capable Andre at the front desk, who was very friendly and enthusiastic, helping to solve a series of travel problems and reminding us of the precautions during the stay. Stayed 6 nights in room 215. The hotel is superbly located. Perfect silence in the room, view of a blank wall)). Recently renovated, very polite staff at the reception. Concierge service is also good. One drawback: during the cleaning, they forgot to return the glasses to the room three times and once did not put the bathrobes. It was also frustrating that the air conditioner was blowing directly in the direction of the bed.
