Hotel Kraft

Lovely hotel with lovely people on it. Very welcoming and friendly. Hotel is very nice, clean and spacious, plus we get upgraded to a room with balcony. Bathroom very spacious too. The hotel area was also nice and save if you happen to walk home late. A bit of a walk from the train station but not far, just 10-15mnts walk. Breakfast was very nice too and they got outdoor rooftop too for breakfast. Would love to come back to this hotel on our next visit. Very reccomended.

Just returned from a 4 night stay at Hotel Kraft. Lovely hotel in a good location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Particularly enjoyed breakfast on the the rooftop with great views of the city.

Alessandro at the front desk was awesome. He gave solid recommendations and was extremely attentive. The hotel itself was elegant with high end amenities - including a heated rooftop pool. The only knock for me was the breakfast. To be completely transparent, I took a quick stroll and quickly realized it wasn’t worth the $20. But hey, in Florence, if you’re eating breakfast at the hotel, you’re missing the whole point of being there!

Nice hotel in convenient location. Not far to walk to lots of major attractions in Florence. Near to the river which makes it easy to find. Continental breakfast has everything you could need but wasn’t so keen on the English breakfast. The restaurant is on the 5th floor which is open with lovely views of Florence. All the staff are very professional. Our room didn’t have a bath but had large walk in shower which was powerful and plenty of hot water. The only downside at all was our noisy neighbours. Maybe the walls should be a bit thicker

My wife and I stayed here based upon a friends suggestion. When we got in the room I smelled something like river water had dried in the room. There were mosquitos flying around and the room was quite noisy. I grew up in Miami, Fl and we also had mosquitos there, but they never got in our bedrooms. I was not happy, and due to other reasons I moved to a hotel across the street/green space and slept like a baby.

You MUST stay at the Kraft when visiting Florence! The room is gorgeous and the location is perfect. It is walkable from the train station and many of the sites. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The best feature of the hotel is the rooftop bar. We spent every evening recapping our day with the most incredible views!

We had a brilliant stay at Kraft for our first visit to Florence. The location was great, near to the station and just an easy walk to all of the main sights. The facilities were brilliant especially the roof top heated pool which was such a bonus. The family rooms were a generous size and had all the basics needed. Very clean and the beds were comfy. Every member of staff we spoke with was friendly and very helpful. We would happily return here when next back in the city. Thanks for a great stay.
