Good location but hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Room was generally clean and spacious.

Everything was great, and the hotel will take you to downtown with bus only for 1.5 EUR and every one hour, the hotel is nice the staff are are nice too

The location is between Florence and Prato, a bit far from the center of Florence, but the scenery is nice

Everything is good except the distance. You need to take the hotel shuttle to the light rail station and take 8 stops to the city center train station.

Stayed for two nights. It's far from the station, the overall facilities are old, there are many mosquitoes, the price and brand are still far from what I imagined!

The location is very remote, the room is a bit old but quite clean, you have to queue up early to get the shuttle bus to the city center or you will miss it, the service is OK

Many Chinese people come here for the Hilton brand, but the rooms are probably three stars in China. The advantage is that the floor is high, the view is wide, and it is clean. It is not convenient to go to the city center, and you can't get a taxi at all, but this also avoids the congestion in the city center.

The hotel environment is okay, there are quite a lot of people staying, and it is a little far from the city center. The service attitude is pretty good. Most European hotels don’t have slippers and toothbrushes, so you have to bring your own.
