Flom Boutique Hotel

La struttura è molto datata, ma la posizione dell'albergo è strategica, si arriva a piedi ovunque. Le stanze sono abbastanza pulite, ma un po' troppo piccole se si è in 4 (nucleo familiare), la colazione è discreta e il personale è gentile, però sinceramente a Firenze c'è di meglio. Non ci tornerei.

Tenía confirmada una reserva desde el día 21 de agosto de 2021, para ir tres días en agosto de 2022, y cuando faltan 2 meses para el viaje me han cancelado la reserva sin previo aviso y sin dar una explicación, ni solución alternativa. Ahora me encuentro sin hotel donde alojar a mi familia. Esto no me había ocurrido nunca y me parece muy poco profesional. Sin duda la peor experiencia que he tenido con un hotel.

Siamo stati con amici nella settimana dal 16/08 al 22/08. Abbiamo apprezzato la posizione strategica che permette di visitare tutto con pochi minuti di cammino. Pulizia eccellente e ottima disponibilità da parte degli operatori della reception. Da consigliare!

I have traveled extensively to almost every continent and stayed in hotels I don't know how many times but this is the worst I have ever experienced. It is so dilapidated that I no longer believed possible in 2021. Everything is dated and few things are functional. First of all, no air conditioning. With 30 degrees in Florence it’s horrible to sleep. I asked to change rooms and again no air conditioning in the second room either. As compensation, I was given a fan, the power of which I can guess from the photo. No fridge that works either. There is a small fridge in the room but it is impossible to plug it in because the socket is out of order. Impossible to call room service because the phone is also out of order. We took a quadruple room except that it’s actually a double room to which they added 2 camp beds! The location of the hotel is close to centers of interest but there is a big downside: the entrance to the hotel is right in front of the garbage containers. The smell is awful! Worse, in front of the hotel there is every day a squat of people who do not inspire confidence at all, chaining beer after beer. It is also impossible to open the shutters because there is scaffolding preventing it. Finally, the elevator is very dangerous, especially with children, because there is no presence detector when the doors close. I really don't recommend this hotel. I could have understood if the price was 30€ per night but at 80€ we can expect a little better. It was a nightmare for us that we will certainly not forget.

I stayed with my family for three days, my conclusion regarding this hotel is nothing short of pitiful. Very small room with very dated furniture, but the worst thing is when you try to open the windows, DON'T DO IT. From the restaurant located below comes a cooking and fried smell that prevents you from opening them as the smell will enter within a minute. The air conditioning and heating in the room is activated when the central generator is turned on, so when the hotel decides and the air comes out that is too hot and makes a deafening noise. When you arrive in front of the hotel it is almost difficult to recognize it as there is all the scaffolding because they are doing work, but unfortunately the worst thing is the neighborhood which is not too nice and quite disturbing. I can say that the only saving grace is the breakfast, very plentiful and assorted, and the excellent location for reaching any place in Florence you want to visit. My final rating is 2 stars because it seems more like a hostel than a hotel and I would never return to this one.

Ho scoperto questo hotel tramite Google e ho prenotato per una notte per me e mio padre per visitare Firenze. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è ottimo, abbiamo pagato 68 euro trattamento b&b con tassa di soggiorno inclusa. La colazione è stata buonissima e abbondante con tanta varietà al buffet. Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile, molto utile poter lasciare i bagagli anche una volta fatto il checkout

First of all, the photos do not correspond much to reality, they will have 2 renovated bathrooms, the rest are not as they say. You have 2 or 3 semi-nice pieces of furniture and this is already a 3 star, well no. The only good thing about the hotel is the location, close to the center of Florence. The first thing is NOISE, there is a lot of it, the rooms are not well soundproofed and you can hear EVERYTHING and when I say everything it is everything. Besides, there were some young people on a study trip and they didn't stop making noise and we couldn't rest. As for CLEANLINESS, null or almost non-existent. They just made the bed. They neither changed the towels nor cleaned. They only cleaned the day we entered the room. My partner and I showed up in the morning with bites, I don't know what they were due to. One possible cause is that the windows, being old, did not insulate and mosquitoes entered and the other was that there was something in the bed that itched us. The ROOM, as I said, has 2-3 modern furniture and 3 stars… the bathrooms are quite old. There was not enough water pressure to shower sometimes. The BREAKFAST was quite simple and was easily filled with people, becoming a bit overwhelming especially due to the Covid regulations, which did not exist much there. In short, a three star that could be a 2, and is not what it looks like in the photos.

La posizione dell’albergo si è rivelata più strategica di quanto pensassi…comoda per la stazione e non solo! Soggiorno e colazione nello standard!!!!Le aspettative sono state assolutamente rispettate!Onestamente ci ritornerei!!!
