The room was beautiful but the bed was uncomfortable, you cannot sell double suites with single beds pushed together. Cleanliness to be reviewed, the bathroom was not very clean, the shower cubicle had not been cleaned, the room was full of dust. excellent breakfast. The staff helpful and kind

Yes. Liked this place. It's marketed as a B&B so I've rated based against that. It certainly has a bit of a B&B/ boutique hotel crossover model. But the breakfast was good. It was a well kept and comfortable communal and reception area. We were kindly provided with a small free upgrade on our room and the junior suite provided was great. Comfortable four poster bed. A small Balcony overlooking the street. Beautiful large bath and 'his and hers' sinks behind a screen. The walk in shower was very hi tech, with a wonderful steam room function! Modern tv with Prime Video app installed.The The staff were attentive and offered a personal touch via WhatsApp messaging. Only minor negatives were- Tea and coffee making facilities weren't great. Would have been good to have a coffee machine.The TV sound suffered a bit for being behind the fancy aesthetic glass wall- could perhaps do with a soundbar. A little bit of a walk from the centre but not too bad if you're fit and able.. All in all though very good and a lovely room.

Messori Suites was a perfect accommodation for visiting Florence. It was beautifully appointed - modern rooms with a beautiful balcony overlooking a garden area. The location could not have been any better. There was a public parking garage nearby for our car, but the location allowed us to easily walk to all the important sites in Florence - we were probably 15-20 min walking from the Accademia. We would definitely stay here on a return trip!

Excellent value for money!! Lovely room and excellent cleanliness! The guys who welcomed us were really helpful. It is only a 20 minute walk from the centre, so very convenient. The next time we return to Florence, we will definitely book with you again!!!

I made a reservation for the studio but they upgraded me to this room. First on the left when you enter. Electric curtains nice shower. We only couldn't turn on the hanging lights in the shower. Couldn't find the switch. I thought it was a bit far but it's just under 10 min walk and you're in the hustle and bustle of the city. Where the famous sandwich shops is. Asked for an extra towel because we went to the spa and they provided it. They also have parking if you need it. If you don't want breakfast there is a bakery just across the street.

I really enjoyed my stay at Messori Suites, the staff was super helpful and kind! The room was spacious and clean, and even though it was located on the first floor there wasn't much noise coming from the street. The location was really good, about a 20 min walk to the heart of Florence. I'd definitely recommend this and would book another stay here!

It is not close to the center. You have to take the bus or taxi to get there. But very good facilities
