Beautiful hotel, all very tastefully decorated , feels 5star luxury , the staff are very friendly and helpful , the rooms are just lovely , all recently redecorated , feels brand new, all very shiny and bright , the beds are really comfy and the linens are are luxurious. The breakfast options are amazing , fabulous choice of cold buffet and hot cooked to order , one of the best hotels we have stayed in and I would highly recommend a visit. There is spa too but unfortunately unable to use due to lack of time which was such a shame ... next time !!

The hotel is in a good location, walking distance from the center of town and a tram stop right in front of the hotel. There were several good places to eat within a few minutes walk. The hotel is attractive and well-maintained. The photo is very deceiving, our room was very small compared to the room n the photo. That said, I was in town on business and my wife was traveling with me. Breakfast was mostly sweets and pastries which I must avoid due to sugar issues. The staff did make a ham and cheese omelet for me which I enjoyed. We assumed my wife could enjoy the spa while I was working, but the spa is only open during the evenings while we were sight-seeing and having dinner. I assume that is because most guests are working or sight-seeing during the daytime hours. There was no coffee or hot water in our room, and the coffee machine in the lobby was roped off behind the bar. I stayed four nights and never once saw anyone working behind the bar. It was a nice stay overall, but it would have been nice to have access to a hot water kettle. I can't give it more than four stars.

Impossibile trovare qualcosa di negativo a questo meraviglioso hotel. Elegante e curato nei dettagli, molto pulito e tutto lo staff merita i complimenti per la gentilezza e professionalità. Il parcheggio interno comodo e sicuro. Colazione 10 e lode !!!!! Sicuramente vale la pena prenotare la spa. Sempre una certezza per i nostri soggiorni a Firenze

Ambiente elegante e raffinato, camere confortevoli (vista su parcheggio interno), hotel leggermente periferico (30 minuti a piedi dal centro) in zona tranquilla...colazione di ottima qualità, oltre al buffet sono inclusi dei piatti caldi (uova, porridge, pancake, etc.) perciò consiglio di lasciare il menù su ogni tavolino perché altrimenti il cliente pensa ci siano solo i piatti del buffet, come è successo a noi...peccato non aver provato la spa!

Good place close to train station which is about 15 mins walk. The SPA is good, but working hour is too short (4pm-8:30pm). Overall it is a good place to stay in Florence

Absolutely stunning hotel. No idea why this isn't 5 star, maybe purely because it doesn't have a pool. Staff were top drawer. Room was stunning. Hotel was spotless, location was perfect, spa was great. Breakfast was awesome, with the fantastic Francois sharing his local knowledge. His attention to everything at breakfast, made the start of the day superb, can't say thank you enough. Reception was great, check in simple. To all the staff who couldn't do enough for you....take a bow.!

Great hotel in a good location with everything within walking distance or a tram stop outside if you choose. Very friendly and helpful staff everywhere : front desk, restaurant, spa & cleaning. All areas are very clean & to a high standard and the breakfast is varied & plentiful. I would highly recommend if you’re planning a break to lovely Firenze.

Excellent hotel, immaculately clean, good breakfast ,nice and helpful staff Big plus for room soundproofing; I had a room on the side of a very busy street, heavy traffic full of buses, trams ,minibuses + the regular daily traffic ;even at rush hours in the morning and in the evening you could barely hear a very light sound from the outside world

We stayed at The Moon Boutique Hotel and Spa just this week and it was excellent. The hotel is beautifully decorated throughout from the front foyer, to the bedrooms and the breakfast room. Really beautiful. All the staff were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered an excellent choice of food, great quality and plenty of it. One of the best breakfasts we ever had in Italy. The bedroom was very comfortable and spacious. Use of the spa was a bonus and really relaxing after a hard day walking around the city. Although we didn’t need a car park I can imagine people who drove were very pleased as parking in Florence is a nightmare!! My husband and I were very impressed and delighted with the hotel and we hope to visit again.
