Room was fine. They advertised the room as having a court yard review and a balcony. It is neither. Barely enough room on the balcony to move given the huge ventilator and the court yard review is basically looking into the flag opposite. Lots of pigeons. Communication from the provider was poor, message to check in with codes arrived the day after we arrived and I left property in the room and I sent a message asking if delivery could be arranged which I would pay for they said yes and have since ignored all of my messages about it. Wouldn’t recommend

I was actually surprised by the quality if the hotel, the size, communication with host and location. We had the room Palazzo Vecchio (if I recall correctly) and it was great! I really recommend it to couples for a short, central stay in Florence

Il punteggio è per la posizione letteralmente a due passi da tutto. Per il resto la struttura si presenta bene sulle foto ma di fatto poi è risultata trascurata e la camera molto buia. Nonostante la vicinanza di alcuni locali notturni la nostra stanza Pitti rivolta verso l'interno era silenziosa. Se tornassi a Firenze cercherei dell'altro.

Ho alloggiato a Firenze nella stanza Ponte Vecchio la scorsa settimana. Stanza piccola ma accogliente e perfettamente pulita, curata nei minimi dettagli. Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili, stanza in centrissimo e comodissima da tutto! Ottimo soprattutto per un soggiorno di coppia ☺️

Nous avons était extrêmement déçu par cet hôtel ! Au 2eme étage sans ascenseur, un chambre qui sent mauvais , une climatisation qui fonctionne 1 fois sur 6 , sur notre séjours (5 nuits) la femme de ménage est passé seulement 1 seule fois ! , la salle de bain avait une odeur de moisissure très forte , l'insonorisation de la chambre est inexistante !! Nous avons pu d'ailleur participer au états amoureux de notre chambre voisine ou le soir le bruit de la cuivette des WC, bref une horreur ! Le seul point positif est l'emplacement mais sincèrement pour le prix vous trouverez largement mieux !

the highlight is the location. it couldn't be better for anyone visiting Florence. arrival check in online for us 70 and 75 years old was difficult. but the person in charge answered all our calls. mini elevator only for one person. good room, air conditioning difficult to deal with the too much heat that it did in the days we spent there.

I stayed for two nights in this particular structure in the old bridge room. Positive aspects: - location - modern structure organized with codes for opening doors etc - good cleaning Negative aspects - room really too small. at the time of booking I hadn't noticed the square meters of the room ... but for two adults it is really difficult to move. - there is no wardrobe - there is no bidet - it was really unbelievably hot despite the heaters being off, we slept with the window open in January - there were mosquitoes - small bed with no headboard. I think the other rooms are bigger, this one I absolutely do not recommend.
