場所はとても便利なところにあります。
美術館や有名な橋の周りで、とても便利。
一部、ルームクリーニングがされてなくて対応お願いしたら、もう清掃スタッフは帰ったこと、部屋にかけるDon’t disturb とMake it clean の表示が、Don’t disturb になっていたことをホテルスタッフ2人に確認したから、ホテル側ミスでないとの主張。フロントの接客態度がとても悪く、とても気分が悪くなりました。このホテルは、おススメできません。

This stay really surprised me. I was concerned about the facilities would be outdated or the noisy from the rooftop. Turned out none of them were a problem. It's got an vintage looking but the room is clean and the amenities worked fine.
The staffs were super nice and friendly to us and made this trip much easier for me. I would definitely book it again if there's a second time

Il personale e’ stupendo e gentilissimo, la posizione impareggiabile. Quello che non va e’ che andrebbe ristrutturato, ok che e’ storico, ma molto vecchio, e davvero, la doccia in camera fuori dal bagno (non finestrato) no. E nemmeno il copriletto macchiato… poi magari e’ solo vecchio ed e’ stato igienizzato, ma nell’insieme non da una bellissima impressione.

First, I don’t understand how someone can rate the hotel as “wonderful”. The hotel is in an old building. The rooms are super small. The bathroom is old. If you are traveling with kids or as a couple, please look for another hotel. There is no doormen, the elevator is located on the second floor, you will have to face the stairs and go upstairs carrying the luggage. There is nobody to help you. Please DO NOT bring any elderly to stay in the hotel, they wouldn’t fit there. The location is good, that’s the only plus. The rest I wouldn’t recommend at all. It’s the kind of place you would spend one night and leave.
