It was good~ But the smell from the diffuser wasn't the best.
They were very friendly and the room was nice. They also kept my luggage for me after I checked out. The location was also great!!

The location is very good, very close to the train station, easy to walk with luggage. Very close to the Chinese restaurant, the room is comfortable. The bed is a typical European double bed, narrower than the domestic one.

Rooms, very nice, spotless and I mean spotless. Rooms comfy, very modern. Great big shower with rain shower head. Small balcony, you can open the window to enjoy the city noises and get some fresh air. Breakfast nice, you have to take your food to your room to eat but that is ok. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Great location, Close to the railway station Close to the city centre and all the amenities.

We stayed at Hotel Ester for one night with our family. I have never in my life been treated with such rudeness at a hotel. The man with dark, curly hair at reception made my whole family feel unwelcome. You should seriously consider changing jobs. Stay away from this hotel. There are so many other ones in this area that will treat you with more grace.

This is excellent location 4 min from Santa Maria train station and most sites are a walking distance. The staff is very helpful and my room was clean and quiet. They provided a kettle, hair dryer, free tea and coffee sachets, a water bottle and some snack, they also store luggage. The check is 2 PM and chcek out 10 AM, an hour less from other hotels. They have a lift so it’s very convenient. I would recommend this hotel

We were given a room of less than 8m2! Certainly very clean but really very cramped! No soundproofing, we were able to enjoy the sounds of the boulevard all night! In addition, the room was a real thermal sieve! The breakfast is mediocre, the products are of very poor quality. the restaurant consists of two small tables in a corridor, gloomy, dimly lit, cynical. The management invited us to have breakfast in our room. We pointed out to him that there was no room. The icing on the cake was that on the last day, the management had instructed the cleaning lady to give us 10 euros because there was no breakfast available. I don't understand this management. The hotel was empty. We could have been offered another room more in line with the description. But maybe the description is misleading....It's shameful to have treated us this way. If I had not paid for the entire stay when booking, I would have turned around and moved to another hotel. So move on and choose another hotel. This is not what is lacking in the historic center of Florence.

Hotel very close to the station, clean and welcoming, complete with every comfort. The staff were very kind and always smiling. I recommend it! If we return to Florence we will definitely return to Hotel Ester!
