Nella meravigliosa Firenze questo Hotel praticamente davanti al Duomo; camera e bagno spaziosi, seppure dall’arredamento un po’ datato, ma dotati di ogni comfort. Colazione abbondante, sia dolce che salata, e soprattutto personale GENTILISSIMO, PROFESSIONALE e DISPONIBILE. Grazie di tutto, camera 319

I think this hotel used to be a convent or something similar, but I could be wrong. In saying that it was simple but was exactly what we needed. We just wanted an affordable hotel in the heart of Florence and this was exactly that. The room was clean and the beds were just fine. Do not expect a first class experience as that is what the expensive places are for. Expect a clean room that could use an update but in the heart of the city. We would most definitely stay again.

La posizione è eccezionale, a due passi dal duomo. Pulito e buona colazione. La camera e il bagno soprattutto sono davvero piccolini, ma la posizione ripaga di tutto. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo, ci tornerei senza alcun dubbio.........

Atendimento ruim, apesar de indicarem que falam espanhol não falam. Não recomendo fazer reserva direto com o hotel, façam pelo Booking. O hotel fica em área de trânsito limitado e você está sujeito a multa. O chão treme se você caminha no quarto.

Hotel está muy bien situado en una calle a lada del Doumo, está a un paso de todo. Gracias a Ginebra por su amabilidad, recomendaciones, dando información sobre todo lo necesario. La cama y almohadas muy cómodas.Baño completo. Wifi funciona muy bien. El desayuno muy bien también, ofrecen de todo, tanto dulce cómo salado, el café muy bueno, muchas gracias a la Sra que está en desayuno no recuerdo su nombre pero tiene el pelo corto, siempre atenta a todo y muy simpática. Hotel dispone de ascensor, hay que subir a la primera planta dónde está recepción y allí está otro ascensor que accede a las plantas del hotel. Yo he estado muy agusto. Muchas gracias por todo. Point positif : Hôtel au pied de la Cathédrale, personnel agréable. . Point negatif : le Petit déjeuner est succin, il n'y a pas beaucoup de choix, le buffet est trop petit. Les chambres triples sont grandes mais la salle de bain est vieillissante et les sols paraissent vieillissant. Le tarif est abordable au vue de la position de l'hôtel
