The service attitude at the front desk is very serious, explaining in detail the city map, food street and tourist black spots, to avoid tourists from being trapped. The location is very convenient, close to a supermarket. If the local supermarket closes after nine o'clock, you can go to the China Supermarket which closes at eleven o'clock. It takes three minutes to walk there.

Super nice staff and location is good! Very close to train station and central market, both are 5 mins walking distance from hotel!
Breakfast is simple, small choices of food but it’s acceptable. Just the room are kinda too small for 2 person and can hear the noise from neighbors.

Excellent! Upon arrival, they took note for us to check in and as it was early they kept our bags for us. Later, when they arrived they were already in the room. We found some sweets at the door, with a personalized dedication to us, a great detail!
When we left, they also kept more bags for us until it was time for our train.
Very kind, friendly and generous workers. It is not found everywhere.
Great facilities and sublime breakfast!

The entire staff was absolutely amazing, especially David at the front desk. As soon as we arrived, David gave us a map of where to go to experience the best of Florence. The rooms are extremely comfortable. The location was fabulous - walking distance from the train station and to the Duomo. I highly recommend! I intend on revisiting again next year.

La mejor elección en Florencia. Llegamos caminando desde la estación del tren. La habitación super amplia y bien equipada, baño cómodo. Los señores de recepción muy amables y dispuestos a explicarnos todo con un mapa. Está a pasos del mercado central que es toda una experiencia local. Rodeado de bares y restaurantes. Caminando llegamos a todos los sitios de interés. También muy conveniente para ir a tomar buses de excursiones en la parte externa de la estación del tren. El desayuno muy completo, con café preparado a gusto en el momento, muchas opciones incluyendo libres de gluten. Nos despidieron con una amable nota y un presente. Lo recomiendo!
