Our stay at Soprarno suites was awesome. The room was very large and had everything we needed. The staff and service were great. Highly recommended.

We had a good stay. The location was great. Just outside the city center but an easy close walk. The rooms are comfortable but we had no view. The windows are very tall and it would be hard to see out if there was a view. Also be aware there are a lot of steps. There is an elevator but it is pretty small and slow so we opted for the stairs most of the time. The breakfast was nice and we appreciated the leftover snacks in the afternoon.

We had a great time staying at the Soprarno Suites. The location was perfect - a little more tranquil than other areas, but an easy walk to all of the famous attractions. Our room was lovely and we greatly appreciated that it had an A/C unit that we could control. The staff was exceptionally helpful from arranging cab pick ups to helping us make dinner reservations. We would absolutely stay here again.

We spent a week a week in November and had a great room -- beautifully painted high ceiling, comfortable bed, lots of space -- decorated with maps on the walls. Cool touches throughout the hotel -- quirky posters, paintings, maps and collections of objects on shelves and on the walls. An excellent breakfast every day, and the staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful in steering us to excellent restaurants nearby and the sights of Florence. The hotel is a block from the Pitti Palace and a short stroll from the Ponte Vecchio and the heart of town. Perfetto!

The hotel has no one working after 4pm. The decor is old furniture that we threw out 20 years ago. To be fair they are going after a retro look. The rooms are dark as well as the hotel. The overall feel was uncomfortable
