Fantastic location steps from the Duomo. However the property itself was a bit run down. There were light switches and knobs that didn’t work in our room. The included breakfast was simply prepackaged snacks and Nutella left in your room with a coffee machine and some juice.

Muy mala atención de los dueños … no teniendo como entrar cuando llegamos y si no fuera por un muchacho dueño de la tienda de al lado aún estaríamos en la calle . Luego tuvimos otro inconveniente y nadie nos ayudó casi perdemos el vuelo gracias a ello … nada no puedo recomendar este lugar … salvo que quieras pasar un mal momento … hablé a ******* y nada peor aún….

Basically broken down and needs refurbishing. Lock very tough to use; bathroom floor tile broken and dangerous to step on (although broken tile removed); drapes falling apart; tap faucet came out; mattress needs replaced.
Positive points are big room, big bathroom and excellent location.

Es un lugar de una ubicación fabulosa sin lugar a duda, la ropa de cama y toallas me parecieron limpias, pero la habitación es demasiado obscura, descuidada y daba la apariencia de estar mal aseada, las cortinas se estaban cayendo, la terraza estaba muy sucia y en la entrada a la estancia en la sala de espera vimos una cucaracha. Las fotos publicadas la hacen una estancia atractiva pero la realidad es que lo mejor es su ubicación y no puedo dejar de mencionar que cuando llegamos tuvimos que esperar 30 minutos a que nos dieran la habitación porque aún la estaban aseando . Llegamos a las 13:30 y supuestamente el acceso era a las 12:00 , lamento no poder recomendarla.

The check in experience was not easy! The room was nice and actually quiet at night. We had no working TV all 4 nights. The first 3 days we didn’t have a hot water pot working. Finally the cleaning person gave us a working one. Then we was never in touch with anyone to check out or what to do. The room was clean all the time and cozy.

It was difficult to connect in the beginning but got better after we did. The room was lovely. The breakfast was limited but ok. There is no “front desk” to help you so be prepared. You can call the host if needed. Awesome location. Just steps from the duomo.

The location was perfect! Right outside the Duomo, close to restaurants, attractions, Uffizy and the terminal. The rooms were quiet and have a nice patio which is shared with the other room. The air conditioner was perfect and worked well. The room is more spacious than it appears in the picture they have online. The man cleaning the rooms was so kind and helped carry my luggage since there wasnt a elevator but a small flight of stairs. Checking in was easy, I connected with the owner through Whatsapp and they provided easy to follow instructions. I would definitely stay again!
