Hygiene is OK, the environment is simple, the bed is too small. The facilities are just that. The service attitude at the front desk was very good. The introduction is very detailed. It's also convenient to get around, there are Chinese restaurants, and there's a good steakhouse not far away. Overall I am satisfied.

Absolutely lovely. Loved our 4 night stay in Room Mate Luca. Location was great, service was impeccable, *everyone* was very friendly and helpful. Room was as advertised, clean and comfortable and the view was great. AC worked perfectly. Breakfast was good, too.
Really can't say anything bad about this hotel. Will definitely come back.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at in years. From the time of booking the reception was very responsive, responded to all my questions about our stay in Florence and were just as friendly on our arrival. The room was extremely comfortable and modern. We loved that breakfast was until 12pm each day. Even though the breakfast room was extremely busy, the staff went above and beyond to replenish food, bring me gluten free breakfast items and were just all around delightful. We practically liked that each day housekeeping left us amazing chocolates and bottled water. The front desk was accommodating and very helpful. The hotel is in a great location - away from the busy center but only a short walk to all the amazing sites in Florence. Highly recommend this hotel for any stay in Florence! Thank you for making our stay so nice.
