This hotel is one of the main reason we can fully enjoyed our Florence experience..
VERY CONVENIENTLY LOCATED.. Every important landmarks are mostly within 15 minutes max radius of the hotel.
And I can't stress this enough about the Helpfullness & Amazing Service of the staffs..
Very responsive, very friendly , very2 eager to help.. a big shout out to DAVID at the reception & AMAN from the kitchen.
The hotel is just been renovated earlier this year so everything is still looking fresh & clean.
We love to come back to Florence & we will be back at Room Mate Luca when we do..

Hygiene is OK, the environment is simple, the bed is too small. The facilities are just that. The service attitude at the front desk was very good. The introduction is very detailed. It's also convenient to get around, there are Chinese restaurants, and there's a good steakhouse not far away. Overall I am satisfied.

Absolutely lovely. Loved our 4 night stay in Room Mate Luca. Location was great, service was impeccable, *everyone* was very friendly and helpful. Room was as advertised, clean and comfortable and the view was great. AC worked perfectly. Breakfast was good, too.
Really can't say anything bad about this hotel. Will definitely come back.

Nice & Clean, great staff, modern and the rooms and bathrooms maximize the spaces nicely. Robes and slippers provided. Towels were nice and clean and good size. Bed was comfortable. AC worked great! Breakfast was just amazing, some of the pastries were better than from some of the cafes we had visited!

Augusto and Eleanora were so kind at the front desk. Everyone is so helpful! The beds were the comfiest on my entire week in Italy . Sheets and pillows also the comfiest . Free breakfast and drinks available all day at front desk. Perfect walking distance to attractions . I am so happy we stayed here and will definitely be back again!! Niti and Manuj Agarwal
