When we arrived the room was cold. The heating didn't work. After the report they sent a technician to repair it. Excellent location and excellent value for money

Great pensioner, staff,location and room were wonderful . Only comments about the room, the bathroom could be better with a shelf to put toiletries, also a soap dispenser rather than packets, there were a great deal of stairs, 5 flights which should be mentioned but the staff helped with suitcases and were v helpful

Old rooms that need tidying up, private bathroom found with hair on the floor and plaster falling from the shower and outside the room. Peeling, dirty walls and wobbly windows. The only advantage is the proximity to Santa Maria Novella

It is not a good place, many stairs.
The room had a terrible smell and you couldn't sleep with it. It's a place that doesn't feel clean.
