A lovely hotel formed from a town house in a quiet residential district. Very stylish. Good service. Breakfast was lovely too.

Overall good but a bit pricey for a small B&B, no restaurant, no Bar, no pool & other … just a basic room & very small bathroom.

Não foi uma das melhores experiências que já tive, até porque começou com um e-mail do hotel um dia antes informando que minha reserva iria ser cancelada, quando estava Em Veneza,. Entrei em contato Hotel que, primeiro, me informou que a reserva havia sido cancelada. Estava em lua de mel e certamente fiquei desesperado. Em seguida, horas depois, foi informado que a reserva estava garantida. Quando cheguei no hotel, apesar de novo e limpo, o quarto é super apertado. A localização fica bem afastado do centro de Florença, onde é necessário utilizar sempre linha de ônibus. O bairro é totalmente residencial, então não há, pelo menos não encontrei, qualquer restaurante perto do hotel. Existe estação de ônibus perto, mas a dificuldade de ficar aguardando longo período na estação de ônibus para chegar ao hotel não vale o sacrifício. Café da manhã bem simples, com pouca variação de comida. O acesso ao hotel a noite é através de senha da porta de entrada. Em caso de necessidade imediata, não há a quem recorrer. Parece mais uma casa de família do que um hotel. Para quem vai para Florença, onde faz-se quer tudo a pé, não é o hotel ideal.

The bed and pillows were very hard and made for a very uncomfortable sleep. There is not always someone at reception if you need to help with something.

Sin da subito siamo stati accolti da Sig.ra Francesca che è stata di una squisitezza e garbatezza impareggiabile. Il posto era davvero molto pulito, impeccabile e molto bello! Anche il servizio di portineria era facilitato dopo certi orari ed ho apprezzato tutto. Ci tornerei di sicuro - consigliatissimo!

Everything was amazing! The hotel is furnished so nicely and the room was spacious and very clean. We had access to the backyard bar straight from our room which was a nice surprise.
It was easy to get to the city center and back with a taxi (only 10min) which the hotel kindly ordered for us.

Hotel molto bello, arredato con gusto. Le camere sono pulite e spaziose. La zona è molto tranquilla, 10 minuti da centro, perfetto per chi si sposta con la Macchina. La sera ci siamo fermati al bar dell’hotel, un posto magnifico dove poter gustare un ottimo cocktail. Ciliegina la colazione, è possibile mangiarla in terrazza.

We had high expectations for this small hotel. It was alright, and the room was nice and clean, everything you expect from a hotel with these prices. Something we really wish we where informed about was the loud music from the bar EVERY NIGHT from 18.00-00.00. So if you’re room is facing the bar, bring earplugs. The hotel also provided us with a list of restaurants the recommended. We tried two of them, with disappointing results. One of them, treated us so badly. It was clear they didn’t like tourists. We left feeling like they really didn’t like us. The other place was closed on mondays (which should be informed) The second last night we got a voucher for one free cocktail in the bar (because it really didn’t seem like anyone was visiting the bar… which is why I don’t understand why the music played so long every night) we didn’t use it and I’m glad, since we overheard a couple complaining that the where only allowed a drink and not a cocktail which the voucher did indeed say. The manager really didn’t seem to care much about their complaint and suggestion to change the cocktail voucher to drink, but still ended up giving them their money back (not with a smile and service if you ask me) They also inform you that there’s free parking with the hotel, but that’s only if there’s a spot available. Otherwise you’ll be doomed to roam around the side streets until you find a spot.. So all in all, it’s a nice place, but I’m not sure it’s worth your money. I would pay less for a more service-minded hotel - closer to the city center.
