Hotel idéalement situé à Florence, pas loin de l'agitation de la ville, paisiblement au bord de l'Arno. Services de qualité avec transfert gratuit en van jusqu'au centre ville mais aussi possibilité de prendre des vélos avec cadena. Nous avons adoré ! Le personnel est souriant, agréable et arrangeant. Accès au spa privatisé 1h par jour car la piscine était encore fermé, très suffisant car on profite totalement dans le calme. Il faut prendre le petit déjeuner qui est très bon ! Merci !

This is such a beautiful hotel with the best staff. Paola was very lovely and extremely helpful with assisting us on a few things but in particular, how to get the bus to Siena. Every member of staff is friendly and welcoming. The hotel is perfectly maintained, there's always a gentleman cleaning the front driveway, someone tending the gardens or cleaning the interior. It's a very clean hotel and the rooms are impeccably clean Breakfast is fabulous, there is a huge range of food choices. Cooked breakfast, pastries, cereals, honeycomb, prosecco etc We ate dinner in the restaurant and we were looked after perfectly by Francesco, food was brilliant! I recommend the crispy tomato soup. The hotel is a lovely 25 minute walk along a straight, flat road to the town centre. The hotel also have a free shuttle service and bikes, we used neither but good to know they were available. All in all, we had a fabulous 3 nights and would definitely return to the Ville Sur'Arno, it's a real jewel in the Florence crown

Impeccably clean and beautiful hotel, staff couldn't do enough for us. The hotel is a lovely 20 minute walk into Florence centre, just follow the river all the way. There is also a free shuttle bus service to the town and back. Breakfast was included with our package and well worth it, there is an excellent choice of hot and cold foods. It really is a wonderful hotel
