Value of money. Very close to the historic center of Florence. Cosy and friendly place with great breakfast! I would recommend it with eyes closed.

Due to changes in the itinerary, the hotel will not refund. Will never choose this hotel again!

Pros: location. Nice staff.
Negatives: Inability to adjust the room temperature. Initially missing bidet cap then replaced by a makeshift one. Mixing sink faucet water oftentimes impossible. Request by the hotel owners to pay the tourist tax only in cash and not by card. Breakfast only "sweet", not "salty".

Big disappoin**ent given the many positive reviews: small room, there was no space to move around, old and smelly carpet, mold on the wall and bathroom tiles. Hair dryer wire repaired with paper tape and the gargoyle covered with aluminum foil. In the morning we woke up with unspecified insect bites. Negative experience.

The hotel is in a great location about 10 to 15 minute walk to Duomo and other attractions, however, the hotel itself needs to be updated carpets on the staircase and lounge area is very very dirty. Our room was so small, the carpets was dirty, toilet seat was broken, shower door didnt close properly so when showering water goes everywhere. Shower is mouldy The staff was helpful that was about the only positive thing about the hotel

Only good thing about this hotel was the staff was friendly. The hotel carpets is veryyy dirty..it looks old and mouldy. Rooms are small- rooms are outdated , rooms are dark and gloomy Bathroom was mouldy , water was luke warm, toilet seat broken , bathroom had a smell. Breakfast very basic I will never stay there again And not worth the 54euros for city tax .

A good hotel without too many pretensions. I really appreciated the almost central location. Friendly and helpful staff. Abundant Italian breakfast, just sufficient international breakfast (only eggs, frankfurters and toast). A slightly older structure located in a Jewish neighborhood. Overall I recommend it for those who don't want to spend a lot and reach the center in about 15 minutes on foot.

With my daughters we wanted to visit Florence. We were guests for 5 days. The hotel is in an excellent position, you can easily reach the most famous places in the city on foot. The staff is kind and very hospitable. The breakfast is of excellent quality. Very fresh pasta. The rooms are a bit small especially the bathroom but the shower is very comfortable. Linen is changed daily. There is a TV and internet connection is available.
