I still don't agree with the stay of 80 euros. It feels like a hostel in every way. No quilt. There was only one sheet as a comforter.

Fairly old hotel but the service is super friendly. Furthermore, the convenience of the location is very nice, close to the train station so you can go there right away. A 10-15 minute walk from all historical tourist attractions.

Buongiorno ho soggiornato presso Hotel Arcadia Firenze dal 19/4 al 22/4, con una collega. Situato in ottima posizione sia per la vicinanza alla Stazione ferroviaria, che per il centro storico. Personale molto cordiale, gentile e disponibile. Purtroppo però abbiamo trovato il bagno non proprio accessibile, specialmente la doccia che è posizionata troppo alta rispetto al piano del pavimento, si c era uno sgabellino ma a mio avviso pericoloso. Quindi non adatto a tutti. Anche la pulizia delle tende non era il massimo

Un très bon hôtel en plein centre ville, à proximité de la gare. Chambre assez spacieuse ainsi que la salle de bain qui nécessite un bon rafraîchissement, propre. Un bon petit déjeuner correct. Le personnel est très sympathique et serviable.

dirty place, dirty and stained towels, the entrance is not indicated by any sign, lack of hygiene, ACCUSATION of damage (never done) to a room and demand for payment of an exaggerated amount, magnetic card lost and NEVER replaced because they had not copies, entry needed for LUGGAGE STORAGE, BREAKFAST, MEETING AND CHECK IN. one good thing is that it is located in a great area

Truly scandalous stuff. Dirt, broken or poorly functioning furniture and terrible management. Extremely rude staff (they were kicking out three classes of a school just to make room without the teachers) and unfair (furniture not broken but money requested). Obscene. Not to mention the blood stains around the bathrooms.
