Hotel muy bien ubicado, habitacion amplia que nos toco con el baño separado de la ducha, algo muy comodo. Las instalaciones son modestas pero suficientes. La atencion de su personal es excelente y muy cercana, la mejor que recibimos en Italia. Desayuno completo.

The Hotel Alessandra is an absolute gem. Location. Location. Location. You can't ask for a better place to stay in Florence - tucked into a gorgeous, ancient street one block from the Ponte Vecchio. At the Hotel Alessandra, you are within easy walking distance of all the major sights - the Uffizi, Duomo, Santa Croce, Boboli Gardens, Palazzo Vecchio, Santa Maria Novella, etc. While you are close to everything, the street itself is quiet and peaceful - hidden away from the crowds & hustle and bustle. The staff at the Hotel Alessandra is wonderful. Andrea, Monti, and the rest of the Alessandra team helped with every aspect of our stay. They had excellent recommendations for us, called to make dinner reservations, helped with our itinerary, and welcomed us with great service and friendliness every time we were near the front desk or in the breakfast room. Thank you to Andrea and his family who have been running the Alessandra for decades. Monti is a joy - he exudes warmth, fun, and humor 24/7. He deserves his own sitcom. And so does the world's tiniest elevator. The rooms are very clean, spacious, and have picturesque views of Borgo SS Apostoli or the Arno. Many of the rooms have been updated, expanded, and are terrific. Beds are new and very comfortable. The Alessandra is also a very good value. Having stayed at the Tournabouni Beacci, Torre Guelfa, and Hotel La Scaletta, the Hotel Alessandra is our favorite home away from home. I love the Hotel Alessandra and will be bringing my family back again. And again. And again.

It was amazing 6 nIghts stay in Florence. The hotel is close to the major attractions in the historical district in Florence, close to Uffizi, Arno river, etc. The hotel staffs were most friendly, the room was clean, and spacious. It’s a two star hotel, but everything else is a five star! hotel. It was a wonderful stay in Florence!

Hôtel simple, merveilleusement placé dans le centre ville, l’accueil est très chaleureux, souvent en français, les conseils touristiques au rendez-vous, le confort de la chambre valait bien un 3*Si nous revenions à Florence, nous le choisirions de nouveau.

Siamo andati nelle camere dell'edificio di fronte all'hotel. La camera era confortevole, il bagno ampio ma la tazza era inserita sotto un abbassamento del soffitto che la rendeva un po' disagevole. Personale particolarmente disponibile e disposto a dare consigli da seguire. Ottima posizione

The staff is very friendly. The hotel is centrally located along the Arno so it is a great place to stay if you are looking to do Florence in a day or two. Very walkable to/from all the major sites and train station.

The staff is A-Mazing!!!! The breakfast is excellent and the location is perfect. Beds were comfy and bathrooms updated and clean. 5-Star experience. Definitely will stay again and definitely recommend!!
