It was so good. The advantage is that there is a tram right in front, and it is a bit far from tourist attractions, so the price is cheap. There was a large supermarket right next to the station, so it was great for shopping. The downside is that you have to take a tram for about 20 minutes to get to the tourist attractions, but it wasn't a big problem. Rather, it was nice that it was quiet. The room was spacious and I used the shampoo that was replenished every day. However, the check-in process was a bit cumbersome. I would like to use it again next time I come to Florence.

Advantages: It is less than 1 minute walk from Tram station, very close! The room is not too small! Big boxes can be opened! There is a balcony where you can wash and dry clothes!
shortcoming:
1. Very, very, very, very noisy. There are a lot of drag racing and Tram on the roadside and the sound is very loud! You must wear earplugs, otherwise you will not be able to sleep at all!
2. The front desk and the hotel are not in the same place, but in another building! It is recommended to contact the hotel in advance to find out the location of Reception!

Very clean, spacious, good air conditioning and Lucrezia the person at the reception is very professional and friendly, the only thing but the acoustic insulation from the outside. Entry is done using a personal code, both to the building and to the room.

Very convenient as, although it is outside central Florence, it is an easy 15 minute tram ride straight to all of the sights. Very easy as the tram is right outside the apartments and goes direct to and from the centre. Perfect.

Clean and well-maintained property about 20min from old town by tram. Tram station is right down stairs and tram comes every 3-5min.
Check-in reception is not in the property so it could be a little hard to find. The staff was friendly and helpful. Check-in was smooth and checkout was self-serviced (rooms have code locks). I believe check-in reception is only open until 7pm.
The standard double room is spacious with a kitchen with fridge which is really handy. There is a supermarket about 5min walk away. There are some good dining options around but not as many as in the old town.

The check-in and the room itself as well as the location were very satisfactory. However, I have never had such a noisy room, even in NYC. The room door directly faces a major street (no further walls), the door does not extend all the way down), and there was a construction site on the other side of the building.

Positives - close to airport with tram nearby (but don’t forget to validate you’re ticket!!!!) Receptionist was lovely and helpful
Negatives - Very very noisy area - concrete hard bed - difficult to find (reception is around the block and you have to drag bags back through smelly streets to find the door to accommodation) - very small pokey bathroom.
