房間還是挺大的，比較有格調。但空調一到晚上就不能用，並且由於樓下就是鬧事，較臟，非常非常多蚊蟲，臉上都能被咬。

Esperienza di basso livello all'insegna dell'inaffidabilitá. Oltre alle note negative della camera (odore di scarichi in bagno, radiatori rumorosi , confusione serale nel vicinato), abbiamo rischiato di perdere il treno perché la signora che diceva "sono a casa h24" invece é sparita a fare la spesa senza mai rispondere al telefono, e noi in balia dei suoi tempi per ritirare le valigie. Quindi dico, se non avete certezza di dare un servizio non datelo ! Se torno a Firenze mai più in questa struttura.

La.posizione è perfetta,in un attimo si arriva in centro e in tutti i posti da visitare.La camera è bella e ben preparata per un 2 stelle.Peccato che non fosse pulitissima e con un box doccia scomodo e la doccia con poca pressione.Diciamo che per il prezzo pagato ci aspettavamo un pochino meglio.

Experiencia horrible! Si tu vuelo se retrasa y llegas tarde, olvidate de la habitación. Porque no hacen checkin después de cierta hora de la noche. Sin nada de información ni ayuda por parte de ellos. No cogen el telefono ni nada. Horrible experience! If your flight is delayed and you arrive late, forget about the room. Because they don't check in after a certain time of night. Without any information or help from them. They don't pick up the phone or anything.

A quelques mètres du Duomo, accès à la réception au 1er étage. Accueil agréable mais uniquement en italien. Grande chambre donnant sur la rue, mais calme (en octobre) salle d’eau avec sanitaires. L’établissement de petite taille peut vous réserver une place de garage

We really enjoyed our stay, the location is perfect! The B&B is operated by a small team so you need to let them know your ETA in order to get checked in without having to wait. The rooms were very clean and decorated very charming. Good value for money. We’d definitely come back here. Good to know, there is no elevator. The central location does come with the side effect of street noice late at night. This didn’t disturb us at all but if you are looking for a very quiet place you might want to consider other options.

Posizione fantastica, decisamente strategica per visitare il centro di Firenze, i musei e le mostre del momento. La camera pulita ampia e molto confortevole: letti comodi e doppi vetri che isolano dai rumori. La signora Maria è molto gentile e sempre disponibile a soddisfare le richieste dei suoi ospiti. Assolutamente consigliato.

Pessimo sito di prenotazione: io insieme ai miei amici abbiamo prenotato una quadrupla che risultava disponibile dal sito, ma che invece non lo era e lo siamo venuti a sapere solo perché abbiamo chiamato altrimenti ci mandava a dormire sul lungarno..
