The location of the hotel is great. The window of the room I stayed in was on the Arno River, and the old bridge was perfect for taking pictures. The front desk service is very good. The capsule coffee machine is clean and filled with water for the convenience of hotel guests. The breakfast is also good.

My wife and I were visiting Firenze for the first time for a dear friends wedding, our taxi driver from the airport was friendly and engaging, chatting away about Fiorentina and English football. Arriving at our hotel, we couldn't have wished for a better location and from the charming gentleman that checked us in and his colleague that offered us drinks whilst we waited, to all the hotel staff that we came into contact with, they were all warm and welcoming, all elements of service that we experienced was exceptional. We loved Firenze, but would travel back just to experience the hotel again, it was that good! Huge congratulations to GM Matteo Gentile and his wonderful team.

Imran and the staff were incredibly accommodating and open to questions about the city and its history. I would absolutely stay here again. 10/10. The views and food were also great. It is in bear a large square that can be explored for food, drinks, and other experiences.
