The location is quite good. Free upgrade to the top floor river view room. Traditional Italian retro decoration style. The room is not big but very clean. The breakfast is simple and delicious. The location is very good. It takes more than 10 minutes to walk to the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore.

Lovely hotel with a stylish interior. Very cosy and clean. I loved the view on Arno river through the window in my room. If you would like to explore Florence in style I would recommend to stay in this hotel to taste the a**osphere of this city.

Prima volta in questo hotel, che dire: tutto molto bene organizzato, ben localizzato, vicino dal centro, stazione centrale. Ottimo staff, tutto molto ben pulito. Panorama l'Arno bellissimo, stanza storica. Complimenti a tutti gli staff.

We had a wonderful time at Hotel Principe. We stayed for 3 nights and very much liked the property. The location is fantastic, close to everything yet stay off the busiest area. The nicest part of our stay is the staff! Warm and showed genuine care to all the guests. Definitely will be back.
