Walk to the hotel is quite rough with narrow pavements + rocky surfaces. Convenient location to other sights (walking distance) and easy for light travelers. Would not recommend dragging heavy luggage to the hotel from the train station.

The hotel has a very special layout. It is good overall, but it is a little far from the station. Although it is a straight road, it takes about 15 minutes to walk.
European rooms are very suitable for drying clothes, because the space is very large. And it is separated from the sleeping room and the dressing room. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The only thing to note is that the light in the room is relatively dark, but the size of the bed is very big enough, and the mattress is quite comfortable to sleep on.

We traveled all over Italy and this was the best hotel ever! Clean, great location, awesome breakfast, and a nice lounge area to have a glass of wine; but best of all was the staff. The staff was super helpful and accommodating. We had an early excursion and they made us a wonderful box breakfast to take. Also, we were trying to make reservations to celebrate our 40th Anniversary and everything was booked. They called the manger of a restaurant and scheduled a reservation for us!! The staff was superb!

We loved our stay at this hotel. The hotel is a short walk from the station and centre of Florence. The staff were wonderful, the breakfast each day was delicious and our room was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again when visiting the city.

We had a wonderful stay. The room and bathroom was spotless, bright, spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was wow, so many options and staff very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Florence ❤️

Hotel Rapallo was a such peaceful and quiet refuge in our week filled with excitement, bustling crowds, and tourists. The hotel is immaculate, quiet, and the staff was beyond words. Everyone was so pleasant, so helpful, so professional, and so welcoming. Truly our trip to Florence was made special by this wonderful little hotel!
