Walk to the hotel is quite rough with narrow pavements + rocky surfaces. Convenient location to other sights (walking distance) and easy for light travelers. Would not recommend dragging heavy luggage to the hotel from the train station.

格局非常特別的酒店，整體都不錯就是距離車站稍稍遠了一點，雖然是一直路，但都需要行走大慨15分鐘左右。
歐洲的房間非常合適晾乾衣服，因為空間都非常夠大。而且它是分開了睡房及梳洗空間。酒店職員非常友善，也熱情幫忙。唯獨要注意就是房間光線比較暗，但床舖尺寸非常夠大，床褥也是挺好睡的。

Can not see how any reviewer could rate this hotel less than 5 stars. Location, service, & room could not possibly be improved on. From checking in to checking out it's been a perfect stay. The breakfast every morning is the icing on the cake. Terrific stay. Thank you Hotel Rapallo

The staff was very good. A good breakfast was included in our stay. The room was clean and well maintained. They recomended good restaurants for us to sample during our stay. They delivered on all our requests.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is quite a walk to the centre and quite busy when we were there in April. It is a worthy 4 star hotel but there is no room service if that’s what you need. The room was very clean and had an excellent en-suite. There was an excellent breakfast with a wide choice of hot and cold food. They served free tea/ coffee and cakes everyday from 3:30pm. All in all a great place to stay.

Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Great buffet breakfast each morning. Even when I had to leave early before breakfast was served for a work meeting, they packed me a bagged breakfast. Very friendly staff. They let us leave our luggage after checkout while we squeezed in a few more hours of sight seeing.

This was a great hotel in Florence! It's located on the north end of town, in a quiet area but walking distance to all the big attractions, about 10-15 minutes from the Duomo, leather market, etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful in getting a taxi, the breakfast every morning was amazing, and the room was spacious. One morning we had minimal hot water which was annoying but not a deal breaker.
