Very close to the city centre, Duomo, and train station. Peaceful at night. Restaurants and coffee shops near by. Clean hotel. They let me check in early. Great place!

The room size was good and the service was good. However, it was a bit disappointing that the water pressure in the accommodation was weak. I'm satisfied except for that part.

Don't choose this place. The room is very humid and there is no hot water in room No. 5 at night. I stayed for two nights and had to call someone to fix it every night. I had to wait for an hour and it was not clean. Please protect me from lightning😿😿😿 After staying here for two nights with my friends, I started to develop bags on my body.

dirty, damp, there was mold everywhere, cold water, broken window, hair stuck to the bathroom wall, there was a terrible smell of paint, at 5 in the morning they woke us up because they were trying to get into the room, the sheets were cold dirty, I couldn't wait to get home, disgusting breakfast, horrible dinner

Very simple hotel, with a lot to be improved. The location is great, very central and a few blocks away from the main train station, and also the important sights in Florence. Staff is friendly and helpful, always smiling. The room is not very isolated, the air conditioning does not work, and the heating is switched off. There's no one at the reception during the night. Shower over head does not have enough pressure and does not work. You'll have to use the detachable shower, but gladly you can hang it. TV is very small. No fridge in rooms. Pillows are very small. Reception and rooms are on the 1st floor, so one flight of stairs is necessary to be climbed. Flushing only works again after maybe 10/15 mins.
