Very close to the city centre, Duomo, and train station. Peaceful at night. Restaurants and coffee shops near by. Clean hotel. They let me check in early. Great place!

방 사이즈도 괜찮았고 서비스도 좋았어요. 근데 숙소 수압이 약한게 살짝 아쉽더라구요. 그 부분을 제외하곤 만족해요.

千萬千萬別選這裏，房間很潮濕，並且五號房間晚上沒有熱水，住兩晚每晚都是打電話找人來修，要等一個小時，也不乾淨，避雷避雷😿😿😿我和朋友在這住兩晚後身上都長包

sporco , umido c’era la muffa da per tutto , acqua fredda finestra rotta , capelli attaccati sul muro del bagno, c’era una puzza terribile di vernice , alle 5 di mattina ci hanno svegliate perché cercavano di entrare in camera, faceva freddo lenzuola sporche , non vedevo l’ora di tornare a casa colazione schifosa cena orribile

Very simple hotel, with a lot to be improved. The location is great, very central and a few blocks away from the main train station, and also the important sights in Florence. Staff is friendly and helpful, always smiling. The room is not very isolated, the air conditioning does not work, and the heating is switched off. There's no one at the reception during the night. Shower over head does not have enough pressure and does not work. You'll have to use the detachable shower, but gladly you can hang it. TV is very small. No fridge in rooms. Pillows are very small. Reception and rooms are on the 1st floor, so one flight of stairs is necessary to be climbed. Flushing only works again after maybe 10/15 mins.
