I came here through a recommendation from a close friend, and I was impressed with the free room upgrade.

Single room, but the bathroom is spacious enough; the service is thoughtful; the most outstanding thing is the excellent location! If you are tired of shopping, you can stroll back to the room for ten minutes after lunch to rest for a while and continue shopping in the afternoon

The location is excellent, right next to the most famous bridge in the old town of Florence, the closest location to the bridge. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the Uffizi, and you can eat and shop around.
The room is not big, the single room I stayed in was quite comfortable, and the breakfast was relatively simple. During the peak season, the price is more expensive, and the price/performance ratio is average.

Great hotel with an excellent location. The service was great, the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was also very nice - it was a very pleasant experience. The location specifically was a huge plus, you step out of the hotel and u find yourself right in the heart of the city.

This trendy hotel is located at the heart of the hustle and bustle of Florence. It offers beautiful views of the Arno River and the Vecchio bridge. Most key sights are a 10-15 minute walk away. The roof-top bar is a welcome place to enjoy a cocktail and sunset views. Rooms were beautifully decorated and bathroom amenities were by Ferragamo. The only shortcoming was the included breakfast which offered pastries, cereals, fruit, yogurt and cold-cuts. It was the worst hotel breakfast we experienced amongst the (4) hotels we stayed at during our two week trip. Hotel staff were excellent and offered top-notch service befitting a 5-star hotel.

This was truly an amazing experience! A friend recommended this Hotel to me and I couldn't have been more happy. This is the best location in Florence. The staff and the manager were extremely helpful to both of us. I felt that they went out of their way to make our stay memorable. I feel lucky to have stayed at this hotel. The rooms were so chic and comfortable - the beds were unforgettable. Can't wait to come back! Thank you all!

I highly recommend this property. If you're looking for superb customer service and I mean SUPERB Customer Service (concierge, bellman, etc.) this is the place for you. BEST hotel we stayed in during our 5 city/3 week tour of Italy. Seek out Leonardo (extremely helpful) and Stefano!!
