Without a doubt, the hotel boasts one of the best locations in all of Florence. The handsome Italian man at the front desk provided impeccable service. However, the only downside is that the rooms are quite small and appear a bit basic. Nonetheless, they are well-equipped and the soundproofing is fairly good.

Friendly staff, convenient location to main monuments and museums.
They can have your vehicle picked up and returned to you because it is complicated to park in the city center.

It's very close to the station, sharing a building with other hotels. They actually let us check in early, which was great. The room is not too big, the service is good. There is no kettle in the room, but you can pick it up at the breakfast area.
