This property is really close to the train station and that is really helpful. It has an empty feel as the reception is in another building down the street and so you enter the room via code on the doors. Overall the room was adequate with a working television (most of the rooms I have had do not have tvs that work). Overall it was a good stay but amenities are sp****.

The location is near the railway station, 3 minutes walk distance and not far from the centre.
The staff is very friendly. The room isn’t big but it’s modern and we had a nice view from our room.

Big thank you to Alex for the recommendations. I had THE BEST PIZZA in Italy!! I absolutely enjoyed my stay here. Everyone is very approachable for anything I need. The location is top notch. less than 2 mins walk from the central station but yet remains very quiet. plenty of restaurants within 10 mins walk and there is a small supermarket right across if you don't feel like to dine out. This will be my place to stay when I come back to Florence, thank you!

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti e siamo stati benissimo. Locale pulitissimo (non ci aspettavamo la pulizia in camera ogni giorno), molto spazioso e con un ottima posizione . Personale molto cortese e disponibile. Se dovesse capitare torneremo sicuramente

Everything was great! It felt like having your own apartment that was cleaned very well each day. No frills but all that you need. Great to be near the train station to get to day trips and the train to Venice later. Rolling bags around Florence is not fun.

Palazzo a 3 minuti a piedi dal centro, dotato di ascensore e accesso tramite codice (no chiavi o tessere da ricordarsi). Ambiente accogliente, minimal, pulito e profumato, cosi come la camera, dotata di tutti i comfort bollitore con te, caffè e zucchero già presenti, cuscino morbido extra, asciugacapelli più potente presente. Ottimi anche i prodotti da bagno. Personale molto cordiale, sempre disponibile h24: ci hanno permesso di lasciare i bagagli nel loro b&b gemello fino alle 20 (ora di chiusura della reception), offrendoci la possibilità di utilizzare il bagno prima di partire.
